Ingredients (2-3 portions)

 250 g paneer
 1 g head of broccoli
 300 g long rice
 1 tbsp paprika
 soy sauce
 sesame seeds
 15 ml seeds oil
 1 pinch of salt

For a vegan option use tofu instead of paneer.

Instructions

1

Boil the rice in salted water. You can use the type of rice you like the most. Sushi rice if you want it sticky (in this case you can also add just a little bit of rice vinegar once the rice is cooked to have the typical "sushi-rice" taste), basmati or long rice if you want it drier.

2

Clean the broccoli, chop and cook them. I would recommend to steam them so you can preserve all the properties. Alternatively, boil them in salted water.

3

Cut the paneer into cubes and grill it in a frying pan with a dash of seed oil and paprika.

4

When all the ingredients are cooked combine them in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds and red chili (optional)
