Pink Berries Smoothie Bowl

Since I discovered the smoothie bowls I always prepare one for the weekend!

They are so easy to prepare and trust me, they taste amazing! You can use whatever ingredient you want and something that I found amazing is that everybody can eat a smoothie bowl! It doesn’t matter if you have a┬ánut allergy, milk allergy, gluten allergy, or if you have any other allergies! You will always be able to prepare a smoothie bowl that tastes amazing and fits your own food needs!

I always prepare dairy-free, vegan smoothie bowls and I’ve never felt that something was missing!

For the base, you just need frozen fruit (or vegetables), milk (coconut, soy, almond, hemp… whatever you prefer), sweeteners if you want or protein powder which makes them ideal for a healthy post-workout breakfast!

The most important thing about smoothie bowls are the toppings!! So make sure to play with your fantasy and create your own masterpiece!!!
